Ditech has a lot of experience in designing and building machines for bakeries. We are unique in Europe for building machines for the application of wafer paper in the food industry.

For the application of wafer paper bread labels to the underside, top or side of the bread we have develloped a special dipenser. These machines are at this moment in use in the biggest bakeries in Holland. A lot of time is saved by these dispensers, putting the labels on by hand is a tedious job!
Primus, the Dutch manufacturer of wafer paper recomends the use of our dispenser. Check the wafermovie here.

It is also possible to use wafer material from big rolls. The wafer labels are punched out 'on line'. This happens for instance by the production of a typical Dutch cookie, the "cocosmakroon". The wafers are falling directly on the baking tin.

Another, standardised, machine for bakeries is our "doughcutter". This machine, supplied with rotating knife and adjustable transport mechanism, cuts your dough in identical slices. The slices can be put on baking tins for cookies.
